GO FOR THE WOODEN ONE
I have been using the yellow silicone mat for years now and it has been a life saver. In the car on my lower back and lumbar, I have frozen it and used it to ice massage a sore foot this summer, and even heated it up for upper back and shoulder tension after sports. The wooden one is absolutely worth the upgrade. The points feel incredible and the solidness of the wood will be amazing with time. I appreciate the eco-conscious packaging and the finish of the entire piece. Highly recommended – a great gift for anyone (even yourself)

I’ve had great results with acupressure treatments and so wanted to find a good tool that I could use at home to achieve similar results without having to go somewhere for a treatment. I had been looking for a good marma mat for some time and most of the ones on the market are made of plastic and in my opinion are usually too sharp or too dull and poorly made. This marma mat is just right, it’s made out of wood which I love. It’s made in the US, sustainably and an added bonus looks pretty so I’m able to leave it out on my living room and walk on it daily. It gives me energy and soothes problem areas in my body! Also, gives my feet a wonderful massage! Totally recommend! I’ve tried other marma mats and honestly this is the best one I’ve ever tried!

This came with absolutely zero instructions. Without the instructions, it’s just a hunk of wood. It’s a very pretty hunk of wood, hut pretty useless as well without directions. Honestly, I’ll probably just use it as decor, but I wouldn’t order again.

Not fully cured – don’t put on carpet!
Received it wrapped in a compost bag that was laden with oil and about to fall apart. The wood itself is nice quality, but it’s covered in a finishing oil that’s far from cured. It will need to sit for a few weeks with how much oil was in it – I wiped it down with a non-shedding cloth and then an oil blotter, and then set on kraft paper for an hour and was astonished to see just how much more oil was weeping out of the wood pores. I would not want to put this on my carpet. If you need to use it immediately, put a towel down first. I’ll set this in my garage to finish drying out/curing but would have preferred not to have to deal with this hassle. The product itself is solid, but it’s just too soon for it to be sold.

This acupressure mat seems to be of the highest quality to me. It feels good against my body and a lot of care was placed in the design of this mat. I wonder if this was hand made. The price seems really high, at around $250 at the time of writing, but if a person had to hand make this, that would make sense to me. Beautiful
The wooden marma mat is beautiful and looks stunning in my home. I also use the silicon one every single day in the seat of my truck. It’s been on cross-country trips, mini-road trips and adventures. The wooden one typically sits in front of my sink as I stand while doing the dishes slash meditate. This is a huge tool of mine I use for stress management and my overall well-being. Wonderful acupressure mat
This is the best acupressure mat I have used, and I’ve tried several. The first thing I noticed was that lovely mahogany wood fragrance that hit me as soon as I took it out of the bag. It gives it a pleasant natural aura that you just can’t get with plastic. It is thick and solidly made with even points and a slight curveThe points are not too sharp, so I am able to walk on this barefoot without pain. I would recommend using this over a layer of clothes to start. I have been using this all over my body and it has become part of my morning routine. I walk over it for a few minutes when I am making my coffee. Then I put it behind my back for a bit, followed by sitting on it for a few minutesIt feels great and helps me get the day started with a peaceful and relaxed mindset

Well Made
This is a very well made acupressure mat. I’ll admit, I was hesitant to stand on it. It looks pretty pokey. And it is. But after just a couple of minutes of standing on it, I felt the effects all day. My feet felt different, like they had just gotten a real deep massage. They felt softer in my mind. I am pretty impressed. I’m gonna keep this around in an accessible location and stand on it for just a minute a day. The mahogany wood is pretty premium and it’s a well made beautiful piece. My wife suggested it could be displayed in the house as just a beautiful decoration.
