It really works and ,and it is so simple.
This was very easy to set up ,only takes a minute. This grounding mat helps me to get a good nights sleep, and I wake up refreshed and not tired. And I was not expecting it, and did not think it would help with my back at all, and it did, and so this is very inexpensive but worth every penny.

So far so good. Can definitely tell a difference in my sleep, waking up feeling more refreshed like I actually got decent sleep. Was a Christmas gift for my husband but I’m definitely reaping the rewards as well. He loves it to and the price was great!

1/4 of functionality
Even though there are four corners, only two of them have the button to snap the wire too. One of the buttons fell off when I un snapped the wire. So now I’m left with one connection and hopefully that doesn’t snap off either.

An end to loud snoring!
Excellent grounding mat! No noticeable odor. Nice and thick… but not TOO thick. And it covers the lower part of the bed perfectly. It doesn’t slip around, either. I’m not sure I’d say that it’s “breathable,” but it’s not uncomfortable, either.We’ve used grounding mats successfully in the past. Frankly, my husband snores so loudly, I couldn’t sleep in the same room with him, unless he was in contact with a grounding mat. (When the mat is in our bed, he hardly ever snores, and – even when he does – it’s very quiet and doesn’t seem to continue for long.)This was a replacement for a far higher-priced grounding mat… that we’d accidentally left in a hotel during our travels, and couldn’t get it returned to us.For us, a grounding mat is the answer to noisy snoring, and this one seems to work well.
