What a difference this Grounding Mat has made for me
Actually surprised how much this helped me”I’ve seen people talk about grounding mats online for a while but didn’t really buy into it… I got this one because I’ve been dealing with bad sleep and tension in my shoulders and figured why not give it a try. After about a week, I noticed I was sleeping deeper and waking up feeling lighter. I move it between my desk and bed depending on the day… it’s honestly become part of my routine nowIt feels nice to stand on barefoot and it doesn’t slip around. I like that it’s easy to clean and that the cord is long enough to reach any outlet. I can’t say I understand all the science… but it works for me. I feel calmer and less sore when I wake up. Definitely worth it.

Easy and Useful
This grounding mat is the simplest good-health habit I have ever acquired. The cord is really long, so it’s easy to find a grounded outlet anywhere I am in the house. I use it in the morning while I put on my makeup, in front of the couch when I’m folding clothes, and under the table while I have a coffee or tea. I try to use it a minimum of 20 minutes daily and often find I can do a good hour or two. I sleep better, I feel better, and I am calmer. I really recommend this.

Feeling more energetic with this mat
I received my Grounding pad in a timely manner and have been using it the last week or so. Every day I used to get tired in mid-afternoon and would often take a short nap. Since using the Grounding pad, I’m not feeling nearly as tired and haven’t taken a nap since I began using it. I also feel more energetic and refreshed and While I can’t say the mat is the cause, the two seem to go together. The set-up was easy, it is thin and doesn’t get in the way of anything and I was able to begin using the mat immediately. It fits easily under my desk and I rest my feet on it every day. It’s hard to put a value on a product like this however,I would say it’s well worth the money I paid.

Very good quality.It feels great. Although it’s smaller than I expected, it’s actually perfect since I put it permanently under my desk.I’m giving it 5 stars, although I have to say the package didn’t include instructions. They’re not really necessary if you understand how to use it and where each cable end connects. But you can’t assume everyone knows.NOTES:I think the ideal price should be “a little less”.Another thing that doesn’t bother me, but could be improved, is that the mat should stay flat and stretched out on the floor, because I’m constantly adjusting and stretching it.

Great Mat!
I borrowed one from a friend and then ended up ordering one! Sleeping on it makes me feel so much better overall! And it’s comfortable to do so, made of great material. It’s perfectly sized for sleeping on.
