Grounding mats have become a staple in our household. We got this one for our kids and will be getting a few more. After using one for months I have noticed better sleep, reduced inflammation in my shoulder and elbow (from previous injuries) and just an overall better feeling in the morning. It’s wild how much grounding helps your body out. I was a skeptic at one point, but since you can literally try grounding by standing outside in the grass for 15 minutes a day I figured there was no reason NOT to try it out. After trying that for a while and noticing a difference in how I felt, I figured a grounding mat isn’t super expensive.These things are great! They wrap around your mattress and come with a very long cord to plug it into your grounding hole in a wall socket. Obviously your house must be properly grounded so if you have a house that is old you may want to have an electrician properly test it otherwise the mat will do nothing for you.It does come with a pen to test the mat to make sure its grounded properly. Another good use of this pen is to test the sheet that you use over top of the grounding mat, because it must be cotton otherwise it will block your skin from being grounded. The part of your body that is lying on the mat, even if you have a sheet, must be skin so if you sleep with socks or pants, maybe figure out another way.Highly recommended for those who have sleep issues or inflammation in their body!

Great grounding fitted sheet
We have a split adjustable king bed and wanted twin XL grounding sheets to see how they improve our lives. We just got these recently and so far so good. Really easy to hook up and sleep on. So far, I am waking up with fewer aches. The sheets are nice, but not a super high thread count, so they are a little scratchy at first. I recommend putting them through the wash before using them to reduce the scratchy feeling. Once washed, they are mostly comfortable and I have no complaints. All in all, I would buy these again.
