Pure sanity
This grounding mat is a game changer. I use when I sleep and I get the deepest sleep I have ever had. I’m more relaxed during the day it’s just amazing!

This Pad was larger than expected so I returned it unused. It’s probably for sale on the ‘open box’ part of Amazon, at a low price!

Great product but make sure you pay attention to the measurements
This is a great little grounding mat. Using it for a small dog to sleep on. It’s well made and pretty but it loses a star for the photos being a little misleading when it comes to size. Typically when you change the size before you order the size of the product will get smaller or bigger in the picture to match. This one didn’t so I was expecting something the size of a yoga mat and this was more the size of a welcome mat. Just pay close attention to the measurements before you order.

No sleep
This mat does work however I dont believe it works as well as the sheets I have purchased. I am unable to use the sheets because of my husband so I tried this mat. Imagine sleeping on a piece of painters plastic. It was uncomfortable and did not stay where it was put while I slept. Disappointed.
