Very nice!
I lost my first acupressure mat while moving apartments. Not enthusiastic about the foam pad, but it was easy enough to remove. I really missed the prickly, relaxed feeling this gives me.It does take some time to get used to. This mat hurts to use because you are too stiff and sensitive from lack of stimulation. It is not sharp enough to damage the skin if used correctly. If you’re standing on it, use one foot at a time to start. Only put enough weight on it to feel the texture, but not pain. And try to do a few seconds with it several times a day, every day.

Great item
In the beginning I was very sceptical, but when I received it nd tried the first time, I was amazed. Used on my back first couple of weeks. This is the best massage you can give yourself. Be careful NOT to move on it, just up and down. It starts burning your skin in a few minutes, but you’ll feel much better afterwards. I am now using on my belly to remove some stretch marks. It definitely circulates your blood around. Highly recommend! Try with caution first.

Get it, it works! Of course my first time was a little rocky but it really help me to relieve some tension. Now it’s a must do after a long day before getting in the bed.

The plastic pieces fall off easily
Works great …problem is the plastic acupressure pieces fall off they are just glued on

Not as tingle-inducing as other mats I’ve tried. I find it a bit soft on my feet. I put some thin cardboard in with the foam and it was still too soft.
