Our mat is made of linen in sand color with warm brown acupressure surfaces, finished with embossed labels in imitation leather.

The mat’s core is made of high-quality coconut fiber, characterized by antibacterial, sturdy, yet elastic properties. It is also a renewable material commonly used in mattress manufacturing.

Neck Tension’s New NemesisMy neck and shoulders seem to have a standing appointment with tension. Hours spent at a computer, the stress of daily life, even just sleeping funny can leave me feeling stiff, knotted, and on the verge of a headache. I’ve tried massages, heat pads, ice packs, and various stretches, but finding consistent, accessible relief has been a challenge. I was looking for something that could provide targeted therapy at home, and this Glanzstück Berlin Acupressure Neck Roll Pillow with its thermal feature seemed like a promising, albeit slightly intimidating, solution. Let’s just say my neck tension has met its match.This isn’t your average pillow. It’s firm, cylindrical, and covered in what they call “acupressure flowers” – little spiky points designed to stimulate pressure points. The first time I rested my neck on it, it was definitely an intense sensation, a deep pressure that immediately targeted those tight spots. It’s the kind of feeling that makes you think, “Okay, this is doing something.”But the real genius is the combination with the thermal element. The inner pillow can be heated in the microwave, providing soothing warmth that penetrates deep into the muscle tissue. Using the warm pillow with the acupressure spikes is incredibly effective. Just As Good As Prana, But For A Fraction Of The Cost
I spent a while researching acupressure mats and found that this mat is strikingly similar to Prana. I could not justify spending $$$ on a Prana mat when this one looked to be made just as well (and maybe a little better). I love that this mat can be separated into different configurations depending on the need. I preferred the more natural coloring. I love the tote that it comes with. And the neck pillow is AMAZING! Highly recommend!

Ich habe dieses Set für meine Freundin bestellt, sie sagt dazu folgendes:Da ich seit mehreren Monaten unter starken Spannungskopfschmerzen und Nackenschmerzen leide, vor allem nach einem langen Arbeitstag im Homeoffice (nicht optimale ergonomische Sitzhaltung), musste eine Alternative zu Schmerzmitteln her. Die Schmerzen sind teilweise abends so schlimm, dass ich kaum noch den Kopf bewegen oder normalen Aktivitäten nachgehen kann, täglich Schmerzmittel zu nehmen ist natürlich keine Lösung.Mehrere Freundinnen empfahlen mir, es mit Akupressur zu versuchen und ich konnte ihre Akupressurmatten probeliegen. Begeistert von deren Wirkweise wollte ich natürlich auch direkt eine Akupressurmatte anschaffen.Da mir diese Matten aber meist zu schmal oder zu kurz waren, war ich sehr begeistert, als ich das Premium Akupressur Matten Set “Spitzen Edition” von Glanzstück Berlin fand!Durch die zusätzlichen Module kann ich hier nun die Matte verbreitern oder verlängern, wie ich es möchte, zusammengehalten werden die Module an der Matte mit einem Klettverschluss. Ein solch tolles System habe ich bisher bei keiner anderen Akupressurmatte gesehen, daher ist das Spitzen Edition Set von Glanzstück Berlin für mich das absolute Non plus ultra! :-)Außerdem lege ich großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit und Umweltschutz, da Glanzstück Berlin die gleichen Werte vertritt, waren sie auch in diesem Punkt meine erste Wahl.Die Füllung des Kissens besteht aus Buchweizenhülsen (diese können entnommen werden, sodass man sich selbst den Härtegrad einstellen kann), die Akupressur-Rosetten bestehen aus HIPS-Kunststoff (welcher auch bei Kinderspielzeug verwendet wird, es ist ein ist ein durch Kautschuk modifiziertes, hochschlagfestes, Polystyrol. Also ein ungiftiger Kunststoff.), das innere der Matte besteht aus hochwertiger Kokosfaser (diese ist ein nachwachsendes und natürliches Nebenprodukt anfallender Werkstoffe, sie ist antibakteriell, robust und elastisch) und das Äußere der Matte besteht aus Leinen und Baumwolle.Das gesamte Set ist hypoallergen, was ein enormer Vorteil für mich als schwerer Allergiker ist!Für die Befestigung der Rosetten an den Matten werden auch keine Klebstoffe verwendet, diese werden nämlich mit einem speziellen Wärmepressverfahren fixiert. Das Set ist wirklich sehr gut durchdacht und sehr hochwertig und nachhaltig produziert. Ein großes Lob dafür an Glanzstück Berlin! :-)Ebenfalls sehr gut finde ich die Blumenblüten nachempfunden Akupressur-Rosetten, diese Form bietet einen Vorteil in der Wirkungsweise, eine bessere Haltbarkeit und ein angenehmeres Anwendungsempfinden. Das kann ich so auch definitiv bestätigen, die Matte empfinde ich als viel effektiver und angenehmer als alle anderen, die ich bisher testen durfte. :-)Ebenfalls im Set enthalten ist ein Kopfband mit Akupressur-Rosetten, welches wirklich gut bei meinen Kopfschmerzen hilft. Für meine Nackenschmerzen drehe ich es einfach um, sodass die Rosetten am Hinterkopf wirken können. Mit dem Klettverschluss kann man die Intensität selbst regulieren. Dieses Kopfband kann ich sogar während der Arbeit im Homeoffice tragen, was wirklich sehr praktisch ist.Das Innenkissen des Kopfkissens kann sogar im Backofen erwärmt werden, was für eine wirklich effektive und angenehme Wärme- und Akupressurstimulanz sorgt. Nach einem langen Arbeitstag, mit Kopf- und Nackenschmerzen, erwärme ich mir das Kopfkissen, ordne die Module an der Matte an und lege mich mind. 30 Minuten lang auf die Matte und das Kissen. Es hilft wirklich Wunder und ich bin absolut begeistert, dass ich keine Schmerzmittel mehr benötige!Außerdem lege ich mich vor dem Schlafen für 20 Minuten auf die Matte und auch gern nach dem Yoga im Shavasana.Ich habe sogar schon meinen Fersensporn mit den Akupressur-Modulen lindern können, indem ich meine Füße darauf gestellt habe und die Wirkung genießen konnte.Auch mein Freund konnte bereits Rückenschmerzen vom Sport mit diesem tollen Set lindern, wir haben die Module entsprechend an der Matte angeordnet, sodass sein gesamter (recht breiter) Rücken auf der Matte Platz fand.Wir sind begeistert, dass dieses tolle Set so viele Anwendungsmöglichkeiten bietet und bereits wirklich etliche Schmerzen auf natürliche und schonende Art und Weise lindern konnte! :-)Durch die Anwendung von Akupressur wird die Durchblutung verbessert, der Körper schüttet Endorphine aus, es wirkt sehr effektiv gegen Schmerzen, es aktiviert die Selbstheilungskräfte des Körpers und sorgt für ein warmes Entspannungsgefühl.Außerdem hat die Matte fast 10.000 Spitzen (es sind 9.350)! Zusätzlich aktivieren und stimulieren diese die Druckpunkte des Körpers, sie sorgen dadurch für Entspannung, lösen Muskelverspannungen, bauen Stress ab, verbessern die Schlafqualität und wirken innerer Unruhe entgegen. Das kann ich absolut bestätigen!Das Akupressur so umfangreich wirksam ist, ist bereits seit 3.000 Jahren bekannt und kommt aus der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin.Sehr praktisch ist außerdem die Aufbewahrungstasche aus Leinen, welche man sich umhängen kann. Zusätzlich finde ich das gesamte Design einfach wunderschön, das Leinen ist in einer Sandfarbe gehalten, die Akupressur-Rosetten in einem warmen Braunton und veredelt sind einzelne Teile mit geprägten Labels in Lederoptik. Auch die Namensgebung der Produkte und die Schriftzüge finde ich sehr passend und hochwertig.Ein für mich absolut perfektes, umfangreiches, sehr gut durchdachtes, nachhaltiges und qualitativ sehr hochwertiges Akupressur-Matten-Set, es verdient den Namen Premium und „Spitzen Edition“. 🙂 Ich kann es voller Überzeugung empfehlen und werde mir noch weitere Produkte von Glanzstück Berlin zulegen.
