So! What I the purpose of buying grounding sheets for over $100? Pls read all 3 parts.Part 1. My email to grounding company:So. I have had your sheet for 5 weeks. No change for either me or my husband. I do not have a meter; all I have is how i feel. I am sleeping 5 hrs per night, as I did prior to your sheets. I have washed them one time. Cold water. Line dry. Was hoping to say wow!!! Nope. Really really disappointed. Got thru AmazonPart 2. actually helped my insomnia
i’ve been struggling with insomnia for months… taking forever to fall asleep and waking up over and over. i bought these grounding sheets kind of as a last resort and honestly didn’t expect much. after a few nights, I started falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer. i still wake up once sometimes, but it’s nothing like before. they’re comfortable, easy to wash, and i don’t know how they’re working but they are. i’m finally waking up feeling a little rested instead of exhausted. honestly surprised by how much they helped

Not worth the money
Originally I left a bad review on fb and later pulled it back saying I thought the sheets were working. After another couple of weeks I have to say they just weren’t doing it for my pain so I returned them. They were scratchy and uncomfortable and wouldn’t stay in place so I basically had to make the bed every morning from scratch.

No Metrics For Measuring Any Benefits
It’s hard to know if there’s any real benefit but as a “senior,” I have a lot if inflammation and stiffness that seems to be better after using the pillow and sheet for a couple of weeks. Could be wishful thinking but I’ll take it! Allow plenty of time for shipping issues, mine was supposed to take 10 days for the pillow case but it turned into 13. 7 for the sheet due to “delays” when it was supposed to be 5. I reduced the star count because there was literally no instructions or information provided.
