I recently purchased this yoga set for my Yoga Teacher Training. I’ve been really impressed with the quality and usefulness of the yoga blocks and the yoga strap.The yoga blocks are sturdy and supportive — exactly what I need for both strength-building poses and balance work. Their size (9” x 6” x 4”) offers great versatility. I love how I can turn them to different heights depending on what I need — whether it’s under my hands in Triangle Pose, supporting my hips in supported Bridge, or helping with alignment in seated postures.The 8-foot yoga strap is just the right length to help me safely deepen stretches and improve flexibility. It’s wide enough (1.5 inches) to feel secure in the hands and around the feet without digging in or slipping. It’s especially helpful in when I’m working on shoulder abd/or hip openers.A thoughtful bonus was the small booklet included with the set, which provides clear guidance on how to use the blocks and strap in a few of poses.Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. The tools feel solid, well-made, and truly enhance my yoga practice. I’d definitely recommend this set to anyone looking to deepen their practice or add supportive tools to their routine.

Quality, size and shape!!
Not only are they Purple!! they came with a Yoga strap!! I ordered these larger blocks because I’m just getting started on my yoga practice and I need the height and stability for my knees. They are firm but soft, and look beautiful. PS: they do come in your favorite colors.
