Good exercise or yoga strap with loops to fit most users
I use this quality stretching exercise strap by Trideer to safely do my physical therapy exercise at home. It is a sturdy, but flexible design; made of soft material to grip, and is easy to use, placing loops on my foot and hand. It is very long and has multiple loops , so people of almost any height can use it. I like that it has a 12 month warranty and it was a good value for the price. I love the cherry bright color.

So helpful in releasing pain and stretching!
This was recommended to my by my physical therapist for at-home work on some back and ligament issues I have. She uses the same one in her practice and they have held up really well. I use it every evening for stretching my legs and back before bed and it is very helpful in releasing pain in areas where I cannot seem to do on my own without using this strap. It is super strong and well made and is a staple in my home gym from here on out. I just wish I had it sooner.

Stretching Stap – Good Value
I received this strap a few weeks ago and have been using it daily. It is effective for my uses, and a good value at this price point.After much research, I discovered that the lower priced straps such as these are rough to the touch and kind of feel abrasive like rope.This band however is smooth to the touch and has a much more pleasant feel. It is a true black and works as advertised.It would have been helpful if it arrived with some example stretches, but I’m sure YouTube can fill that void.Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.

I was disappointed with the colour. It turned out to be darker than the illustration. I thought it was pink, but it turned out to be dark purple.
