The item was purchased as part of physical therapy routine when recovering from ACL and meniscus surgery. Excellent support. Perfect size. Great value for money and quality. Most importantly, ease of use. The design compliments all the above and works well for necessary exercises.

This is a good-quality, substantial yoga strap. The 8′ strap is a nice length for my height and current level of inflexibility; furthermore gray is my least favorite color. The balance of price and quality makes this a good value.

thickness is perfect, not too thin where it would bite into your foot or wherever you have it wrapped during yoga, and not too ridiculously wide, Double D ring buckle for quick tightening, and mostly its comfortable

This is the exact belt we use in our yoga, stretch etc classes in the gym so I know they are very well made and strong. I do wish Giam would include their name somewhere on the belt. I’m glad I have my own belt now.

Instead, I discovered muscles I didn’t know existed and a deep appreciation for just how far away my toes really are.This strap is AMAZING. It’s sturdy, durable, and long enough to make me feel like a Cirque du Soleil understudy… or at least someone who might be able to reach her feet by Christmas. I used it during a hamstring stretch and let out a sound my dog still hasn’t recovered from. He’s been giving me side-eye ever since.Bonus: it doubles as a resistance band, suitcase strap, makeshift belt, and, in a moment of desperation, a child gate.
