I really appreciate the workout example sheets and the fact that it has pictures to help make sure I'm doing it correctly. My favorite was probably the resistance band stretches. I'm sure it'll all get more fun and easier as I learn what I'm doing but with this set up it's super easy. And it isn't really important but I LOVE that it is all pretty colors it's super cute.

This seems like a good product, it came with suggested exercises and all sorts of accessories. The bands add appropriate resistance. Effective on muscles you didn’t know you had. Rings are light weight but sticks and sturdy. Nice look and comfortable.
A great complement to my home pilates set up. The ball is easy to inflate, and I appreciate having the bands. My only ding, and it's minor, is that the adhesive for one of the ring handles wants to come off. This alone isn't a big deal, but there's a sticky patch on the handle on the ring, and that could get messy. I think some double-sided adhesive will help, but I feel like it shouldn't be necessary.

My only ding, and it’s minor, is that the adhesive for one of the ring handles wants to come off. This alone isn’t a big deal, but there’s a sticky patch on the handle on the ring, and that could get messy. I think some double-sided adhesive will help, but I feel like it shouldn’t be necessary.
