    It's an average set. The bands are ok, but I can't really tell a difference in the resistance. Everything is easy to use and doesn't dig in or anything, so it's pretty comfortable to use. I love that it comes with a bag to store everything and take with if needed. I have a reformer, but this set will stay in the car for trips.

    There are items I love and things I could live with out. The ring is smaller than my other ring (see photos). The hip bands I have a problem with- I love using hip bands, however, these just don't have enough resistance for a workout. The pads for the outside of the ring are too long so there's overhang. I the pink stretch band with handles on the side is very thin and I honestly don't know how long it will last (I compared it to one of my other bands). The stretch rubber bands are great, they come in three resistance strengths. My favorite out of everything is the massage balls! They really help open up your back when put between your back and the wall. It comes with a backpack to store everything in which is nice.
