Absolutely love this!!
This foam roller is very dense, but easy to use when stretching. I like that it’s 36 inches long because you can lay your whole back on it and stretch out your shoulders if you are working at a computer or hunching over all day, it’s a perfect stress relief.

This is a generously sized, nice and firm foam roller. It has been effective for use as my physical therapist prescribed. It’s a nice, bright color. It rolls easily and despite me using it for daily pain relief for over a month now, it still looks brand new.

This is a pretty standard foam roller with a little better finish than some. I like the unique yellowish-green color. The density is a good balance of firmness and softness. This is really effective for rolling out sore muscles. While this 24-inch model is nice for many things.
