Finally Something That Actually Helps Me Sleep and Stay Pain Free
I was honestly skeptical about grounding mats but after using this 2 pack for a few weeks I am genuinely impressed. I placed one under my desk by my feet while I work and the other beside my bed. Right away I noticed my legs felt less restless at night and I was waking up feeling more refreshed instead of stiff and achy.The size is perfect for feet and easy to move around between work and sleep setups. The surface feels sturdy and not cheap, and the cord and connection are simple to set up with a grounded outlet. I was relieved that everything worked exactly as described right out of the box with no extra adapters needed.Most importantly the sleep improvement has been real for me. I used to toss and turn, especially after long days at the computer, but now I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. I also find that occasional soreness in my lower back and hips seems to ease up after a few hours of contact with the mat.I appreciate having two mats so I can keep the benefits going throughout the day and night without swapping them around. If you have foot fatigue from standing or sitting too long, or trouble sleeping, this grounding mat has been a surprisingly effective and easy addition to my routine. Highly recommend.

verdict is still out
The verdict is still out for this… maybe I walk barefoot to often or maybe it’s not working as expected. It is very easy to use: pop the plug onto the mat and insert the plug into the grounding of your electric. Which I don’t know why that surprised me but it was a bit weird at first. Excited to use it, I plopped my feet on it. I feel a slight tingling, which I hope is normal.I have low blood pressure and this extra winter has been brutal on my feet, so my doctor and I discussed non-medicine options. I’ll continue using this and hope my bruised toe heals quicker, but so far it feels the same. I’m happy to use this to help stay grounded
I spend time plugging this into the ground and unplugging and seemed to feel a positive difference when connected to ground, but it could be my imagination. It seems like a cool way to reconnect to the earth with our modern indoor experiences. I’m using it to stand on while I do dishes. It’s a little bit extra cushion and, well, “earthing” is a popular energy practice that usually has to do with standing barefoot on dirt outside. This is a lot more user friendly. It has a long cord, which makes it easy to get to an outlet. All and all, no complaints.

Straight forward instructions, and it’s super easy to use. I’m still skeptical as to the long term benefits, but I can say that there are no quality issues with the mat, and I do not feel a single thing while using it……no tingling or any sensations.

This mat is super easy to use, clean and store (if you wanted). It’s a good thickness with some soft give, good quality material and overall, plus it seems quite effective. It’s already helping my LO with growing pains that were waking him up at night. Now he’s back to sleeping all night long.
