I got this small grounding pad for myself but it was too cold to go barefoot on it so I really haven’t tried it out myself. However, at least 2 of my cats enjoy it’s comfort and grounding properties so that’s good! The cord provided is long enough but I did have some trouble using it in my European outlet because the pin doesn’t stay in the grounding hole of the outlet. I had to wedge it in to make it stay put. I have a bed grounding mat that has a different size pin and it doesn’t pop out like this one does. Perhaps this one is designed specifically for US outlet dimensions. All in all the mat seems okay.

This Cotton Grounding Mat is a really convenient size. It is comfortable and the fabric is soft and tufted. It is lightweight and very easy to move around or fold up to take with you. The stitching is done very nicely, and I like the quilted design.I have used grounding sheets before, and I do feel my sleep is improved when I use them. I really like that this is a mat, which is versatile: can be used on my bed, on a chair, on the floor, couch, etc. The size makes it very versatile. It should be washed with care, due to the silver fibers. I recommend using it with as much bare skin exposed to the mat as possible, for best results. This would also be a good size for a pet to use!

I keep it under my desk
I have been keeping this under my desk so I can rest my bare feet on it while working. I have been integrating more grounding outside, and I love being able to ground indoors as well to maximize the benefits.
