Does not go to 22 lbs!
My fault …but seriously- you need to read and look before you buy because it is confusing: the photos show 22lbs but when I went to buy it, I saw 2 of them but they both went to 5 kg (11 lbs) why would I think that it wasn’t the same as the picture ??It Does Not go up to 22lbs ! The picture shows the water starting at 2kg and you can fill it up to get to 22lbs of weight. It even says that you can get to 22 lbs of weight in 1 kettle bell. I was skeptical but the photo showed it.I got it and it starts at 1kg and goes up to 5 kg. That is only 11.5 lbs! Not 22 lbs like advertised

Easy to fill with water & use! Keep away from pets!
Large thick plastic kettlebell. This is really great for exercising using the weight of water, but the item itself is rather bulky and once you fill it with water and then you empty it, there’s still some water inside, which could lead to mold. It’s also hard to fold the plastic kettle bell because it’s such a thick substantial plastic. It is easy to fill up with water but a little challenging to inflate using the cheap pump that is included. Overall, it is easy to hold and use. It is more practical than a traditional kettle ball because it does fold and it uses water as weight BUT once it’s filled, it’s pretty big and after your workout, you still have to store it somewhere… and definitely it needs to be restored in a place where your pet will not play with it and poke/chew it. That’s definitely a challenge that you don’t experience with a traditional kettle ball.

Great addition to home gym.
This is a great addition to my workout equipment. It definitely does work additional muscles which I like. Filling it is a little tricky. You have to have the opening almost closed while you pump the air in. If you don’t, the air will escape before you can close it. Once you figure that out, it works like a charm. Very happy with this and the best is that I can pack it when traveling.
The Honest Breakdown –
Space-Saving Kettlebell with a Twist
I’ve always enjoyed working out with kettlebells, so I was curious to see how this foldable, water-filled version would compare to the solid iron ones I’m used to. The adjustable weight feature is a big win. Being able to go from just a couple of pounds up to 22 without buying multiple kettlebells saves both money and storage space. The experience is different from a traditional kettlebell. The water shifts slightly as you move, which creates extra tension and forces smaller stabilizing muscles to kick in. At times, the sound of the water sloshing is oddly calming, though other times it can be distracting depending on my mood. The build feels durable, and I haven’t had any issues with leaks. The only drawback for me is the size. I ordered the largest version, and while it works fine for swings, squats, and presses, it feels awkward for exercises like triceps extensions or concentration curls. I suspect the smaller sizes might not have this issue.Overall, it’s a clever product that delivers versatility, saves space, and adds a unique challenge with the shifting weight. If you prefer kettlebells over dumbbells, this is worth trying, especially at the price point.

A fun way to lift weight, easy to fill but couldn’t inflate it
I ordered this water-filled kettlebell because it’s unique, and I thought it would make my weightlifting fun. I did misread the webpage, though, and thought I was getting two of them (should have known by the listed price that I wasn’t). When I re-read it, the message was telling me the possible weight of the kettlebell was 2 to 11 pounds (not two 11-pound weights). So, it’s interesting that the kettlebell gives you kg and not pounds, so I had to look at a conversion table to figure out the 10 pounds I wanted. The cap seems like it will be leak resistant, and the plastic of the kettlebell is thick and also seems leakproof. I enjoyed exercising with this water-filled kettlebell. There’s something pleasant about the water sloshing around as you lift. Also, the handle is wonderfully comfortable, a velvet-like material covering it. Even though I filled it to the 10-pound level, it is easier for me to lift than my regular 10-pound weight is. I did have an issue with the instructions to inflate after the water fill. It didn’t work. You push the button down to fill with water, then push again when you’ve finished filling. Then the pump hose goes over that button, but when you do that, it pushes the button down, which releases some water. I was able to fill it with air, though, but as soon as you lift the pump, the air immediately releases, much quicker than you can close the valve. Not a huge deal. Just means that my kettlebell is deflated to the water level and a bit wrinkly. I really like this water-filled kettlebell and do recommend it.

Versatile and well made
This is a very interesting piece of workout equipment. The plastic that holds the water is thick and flexible. It seems like it will be pretty durable. The handle is very comfortable to grip, even at higher weights. I love adjustable weight equipment because it can save a lot of room in a home gym but still allow for variable weights and room for progress. The added benefit of this style is when it is empty and deflated it is pretty much completely flat, so it can even be taken with you when you travel. The sloshing water inside does a great job of activating a lot of proximal stabilizer muscles and gets you more bang for your buck during your exercises. I do think I will continue to find a lot of uses for this kettlebell.
