This is a fun little kit. I work 3ed shift and there is a lot of sitting involved, I got these to keep me active and boy do they ever.I haven’t tried them out of the comfort of my office so I don’t know how they would hold up against more intense workouts but for what I need them for they are amazing and the work out guide it comes with is super helpful

Broke after 2 uses
I used the x-light resistant band twice which it completely snapped during the second use. They do seem pretty cheap but i expected them to last at least a month. 3 stars cause it was literally 20$ I can’t go any lower
