Indoor Earthing: Perfect start point
10 days in:Purchased 8/13/23. Had immediate sleep improvement. I fall asleep within a couple minutes and I stay asleep longer. Used to get up 2 to 3 times a night. Breathing is better too, I have mild sleep apnea. Can’t stand anything on my face. Grounding mat has addressed that so far.For me personally, my feet are more receptive to grounding. Benefits noticed right away when using this on the floor under a desk or on my bed. It’s working well and I’m looking into buying a fitted sheet.Per a recent doctor visit: No cure for osteoarthritis. Okay then!The conservative treatments recommended did not excite me, so I’m trying this.This five piece set has set me up for indoor earthing. It’s warm right now, so I can go outside and find a grassy spot. This set however will set me up for working indoors and I can use it when I nap and sleep.Following the directions and testing my outlets and mat was easy.
