Worth it

I’ve been using this grounding mat on my bed for a couple of weeks. Setup was very easy, and the mat feels smooth and comfortable to sleep on. The PU leather surface is nice and doesn’t feel cheap.I didn’t expect instant results, but after a few nights I noticed I was sleeping a bit deeper and waking up more relaxed. Great grounding product!
I love it! Soft and comfortable, straps help keep it in place. It has dramatically improved my sleep. It possibly may also be helping with my lower back/hip pain. The pain has gotten better since using it. Maybe from being able to sleep all night now? I use it at the foot of my mattress where it has contact with my bare feet and lower legs.

Ok so I hate it when people write reviews about the packaging or how fast they received their product. So I’ll write something that will help people. I’ve been insomniac for 35 years. I could never find a way to have a normal healthy sleeping pattern. I would sleep somewhat ok for a couple nights in a row, then not sleep well for 4-5 days. I didn’t want to write anything until I had seen significant changes for at least 1 month. So there were only 3 nights in 5 weeks where I had a hard time sleeping but the rest of the time was absolutely wonderful! And during those 3 nights, I still got a 4-5 hours compared to 2-3 hours. I have to say that I’ve thankfully always had deep sleeps, but I have to say I feel my sleep is a little deeper still. The pain I’ve had in my shoulders, joints and knees have improved a lot. Still have 20% of pain but crossing my fingers that will go as well. Tendinitis is gone in my elbows! Hope this helps at least one person☺️
