Helps my peripheral neuropathy.
This grounding mat has been a life saver for me. I had my doubts, but this has made me a believer. I’ve had this for months now, but it wasn’t until recently when I thought I’d put it away for a little while that I noticed what it had done for me. I leave it under my feet in bed every night.

Great grounding mat
My aunt loved it. She says that she has been feeling great ever since she started using it. She also says that, at first, she only felt something up to her knees, but now she says she’s feeling relief tingles all the way up to her shoulder and neck. She feels she’s been sleeping better too, ever since she started using this grounding mat, and highly recommends it. The material feels strong and durable, it’s wide enough so you can either stand, or sit in a meditative position comfortably, it’s very easy to use, just plug it into the grounding port of any electrical socket and meditate away, and she has loved it so far. I, of course, got a good look at it too, and I can tell you it’s made of a strong material, and there was no odd smell coming from it.

Good for standing. Thick cushion
I believe it’s working. It’s more durable than a grounding sheet. The cushion is nice a would be good as a fatigue mat at sink.

I hope to see the long-term benefits of use. This mat came exactly as described, promptly delivered next day and packaged well. The benefits of grounding are being scientifically researched and documented, but the effects have been known since ancient times. I purchased this for my elderly cat to sleep on. I sleep on grounding sheets myself and have noticed improved sleep and energy, so hoping for the same benefits with this mat. It can be used in many ways, including under desks or on any floor surface. The mat seems durable and functions well. Great for the price point too.

Ok. Cord is a problem.
The mat seems to work ok. Easy to understand directions. The cord, however, is so thin-think angel hair pasta-and just gets very tangled. It feels like it won’t last long.

No directions and came in a piece of cardboard wrapped in plastic in a plastic bag. Thought it was going to be a bigger mat like in the pictures. My big feet have to be almost sideways to use. I hope people read the reviews before ordering this ground mat.
