Securing the straps!
I never write reviews, but I wanted to let people know that, as is, the strap really slips around and comes off easily, which was frustrating. But I sewed the holding on pieces tighter so that the slipping through part of the strap doesn’t easily slip through. If you do this, make sure not to sew it to the sliding through part of the strap so you can still adjust it. Just sew the holding on parts tight enough to keep it from easily moving. It really works and it’s perfect now and super cute!!! Maybe there was another way to fix this problem without sewing, but this is what I thought of.

Bright and pretty strap
I got the 5.9’ length and it was a good fit for my 5’3” height. The strap is very pretty and bright colors. It also feels strong and well made. Took a little fiddling to figure out how to make the loops and it works perfectly.

Good Strap, But Takes Some Adjusting
This yoga mat strap is a great, simple solution for carrying my mat! The material is strong, lightweight, and easy to throw over my shoulder. It makes transporting my mat so much easier without needing a bulky bag.That said, I’ve noticed it doesn’t always stay secure, and my mat has slipped a couple of times. It could be user error, but it does take a little adjusting to get it just right.Overall, still a handy and well-made strap, just requires some practice! Would still recommend.

Beautiful colors, soft but strong fabric
Love the pattern, really pretty colors, very soft material but good width and feels strong. I have a manduka pro mat so it has some weight to it, but it feels secure. Good length for shoulder carry, but not too long for carrying in your hand if you’d rather. Only thing better would be if you could “buckle” down the loops, but it’s not that big of a deal. It holds it well enough without that feature.

Stylish and Functional
My new yoga mat came with a cheap black elastic strap. After much searching, I found this cute floral strap that coordinates perfectly with the pink and blue yoga mat. It seems well-made, but (as others have noted), it doesn’t keep your mat rolled up very tight. It also took a minute to figure out how to put it on…thanks to all who shared helpful videos. In summary, it may not be a perfect product, but it is much better than what I had…and I’m excited to show it off at my next yoga class!

YES THIS WORKS! Bad reviews are from people that don’t know how to use this strap.
I use this for my skates but I also attached a picture to show how if I needed it for my heavy, rubber, yoga mat, it works perfectly for that too. This was such an affordable skate leash and works just as well as actual pricey skate leashes.The bad reviews are from people that don’t know how to use this. See my review and the many other videos and reviews that show how to use this. You just thread the leash through sewn-in section, super simple. I attached a picture of just the threading to show this. And if you didn’t know how to do that, no worries, IT ALSO COMES WITH INSTRUCTIONS on how. This is nice quality and affordable! The bad reviews are not a reflection of the product itself. (It’s more of a hidden IQ test.)

Cute pattern
The yoga mat strap is super cute, and I’ve also used it for stretching and poses during class. The pattern is really nice, and it does serve its intended purpose. However, it tends to get twisted up quite a bit, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, it’s not a bad purchase—but I’m not sure I’d buy it again.

I have a bigger and heavier mat that is fabulous but can be awkward to carry. This strap is beautiful, makes carrying my mat much easier, and can also be used during yoga. Love!

I have a pilates mat which is more rigid than yoga so it will expand a little. Bit it’s a great product, good quality and super pretty. Doubles as a stretch strap which is great.
