Good wobble board
So far, mostly I’ve used this for exercise. Great way to stretch and strengthen the calves and ankles and do irregular movements (mobility) of the pelvis and lower back. It stimulates balancing.Of course, it’s a balance board – I haven’t used for extended standing so I can’t address that. It’s great for exercises I described above and well made (good quality).

Wobble Board
I was introduced to using a wobble board when doing PT for a knee issue.This board is well made and sturdy. It has a non-slip surface (top and bottom) and convenient handles for either carrying or performing certain exercises.If you’re new to this, you might want to just stand on it and work on your balance, then graduate to squats. An informational sheet accompanies the board which shows several common exercises.It’s a great tool for increasing balance and stability. Becoming stable on it while doing advanced exercises is as much mental as it is physical.I’m 6’0, 170lbs and the width is just right for me.Overall, I highly recommend this wobble board. It’s better than the commercial one they used in the PT place and looks like it’ll last.

Works well, however the color does not match the photo.
Works as intended! My only gripe is it seems like either the picture of the item on Amazon is deceiving or they sent me the wrong color!😅 Either way I will use it but not as much of a fan of this purple colored one I received.

Great for Standing Desks
This is a great device to work on balance and core strength while working at the computer. It helps loosen my lower back and I can balance a whole lot better after a couple of weeks of regular use.

Balance & core strength
Not sure about this. I saw ones at the gym & thought this would be good to do at home while watching tv. This one is very hard on the bottom & doesn’t “give” at all making it more difficult, I believe, but maybe that’s a good thing. It really works your ankles. I’ve only used it a few times, but when something is too difficult, I tend not to do it, but I’m not giving up on it yet.

🌀 Great for balance training with safety in mind
I was looking for a board like this—practical and reasonably priced—and I’m so glad I found it. It feels like a soft foot massage when used barefoot and doesn’t slide on any surface. The color is beautiful too. I especially recommend it for older adults who need to work on their balance. Just make sure to hold onto a wall or something stable when starting out.

Pleased with the wobble board. Ideal product to support core activation and stability. Easy to carry around too. Size is most suitable and is anti slip barefoot.

If you use a standing desk, I can definitely recommend getting one of these balancing boards. It helps keep the legs engaged and weight shuffling around. Added benefit you can do some exercises on it. 4/5 stars because the bottom balancing pins are already wearing out after 10 days of use. Wonder how long it will last.

I absolutely love this! I use it daily for work and on my breaks I can do push ups on it! You can also use it for a ton more exercises like pistol squats as well.! 10/10 would recommend to a friend 🙂
