Helped with physical therapy
Great price compared to sporting goods stores as well as other stores.I got one when I was doing physical therapy and have continued to use it. Very sturdy . I like that it came with several “risers” to make taller. My son has tried it and he is a big guy (more than weight max ) he didnt feel it bending or swaying from his weight at all. It doesnt move on floor I have hard woods. I like the non slip top. It is quite a workout even with no “risers” on it. I use it in the living room bc it is easy to store and I dont have to go all the way to my workout room to exercise, I can do it in between commercials. There was no assembly just pull out of box and use.

I used to teach step classes back in the day and was really searching for the studio quality of the step platform. This one is exactly what I was hoping it would be. Full size, sturdy and with 3 level options. It’s perfect and I love it!

Well made, sturdy, and durable.
This is an excellent product. I bought it for home physical therapy after knee surgery. It’s very sturdy and heavy duty, like what you would find in a gym. It’s a bit wide and heavy, maybe a little too much to handle for some folks, but I like mine.

It’s very easy to adjust the height from 4” to 6” to 8”. Not too heavy to handle for this 82-year-old. The surface is “grippy” enough to avoid slipping on it. I would have liked one just a few inches shorter in length than this one (it’s 42” overall, with a 35” tread), but for an active workout this is probably an ideal length. The width is perfect. I’m using it as a step platform to help my knees, ankles and hips. It’s very sturdy—-even with the length, it doesn’t “give” when I step on it.

Sturdy but big.
This is a nice product–sturdy, plenty of room for step exercising. It’s nice to be able to adjust the height with the risers. Only problem is its size. It takes up so much room in my small apartment, but my daughter was afraid I would fall off of a smaller one. If you have room for it, it’s a great exercise tool. Right now, it’s taking up a lot of room in my closet.

Great for step aerobic workouts
Slip resistant, durable, functional, and great size. My only con is the color doesn’t 100% match. The picture looks purple but it’s definitely more pink.
