Multiple uses for this step.
Needed a step to up my workouts. Looked in store and they are wanting ridiculous amounts. Found this one used. Got it in nothing wrong with it. Lightweight but doesn’t move when using. Perfect for getting off the floor. I’ve used for step ups, chest, glutes I’m sure there are plenty of exercises you can use this for. It’s not as big as a weight bench so easy to store. Very sturdy. Love that the extra risers store underneath. Just wish it came with one more set.

I actually use mine primarily as a platform to rest my feet upon when sitting: One is in my restroom as a toilet step and one is under my work desk. Now I take care of all my business comfortably. Hehehe.I’ve also used them a few times for their intended purpose. They hold up quite well under my 220 lbs.One thing to note is that they don’t have much grip underneath, but slide a towel or mat under and you’ll be fine on hard floors.

Solid and stable
I have had 2 knee replacements in the past 7 months and this step helped with my recovery. It permitted me to replicate the exercises at home that I preformed at physical therapy. It also has removable feet so you can adjust the height based on your capabilities.Very solide and stable!

Great stepper but buy a longer and wider one.
Great quality, functions as it should, easy to store under a bed or couch. Easy to assemble with the 2 hidden parts to adjust height. Color is perfect. But, I returned it because after giving it a try, (I was following a few videos on YouTube) I found that it wasn’t for me. No fault of the product, but because I’m in my mid 60’s with a bad back and it was too hard for me to follow even a beginners basic routine. I would suggest though, that if I could use a stepper, I would spend a little more and buy a longer and wider one. The trainers are using wider ones and as fast as they were going, I felt like I was going to go right off the other side a few times.

The steadiness of the step up is definitely worth the money value in the quality does hold up. I bought this step up years back and the design is still there and it’s not that big so it will definitely fit nicely in the corner.

Its a bit small, smaller than it looks. This makes it a bit unsturdy. It gets the job done but I’d buy a full size one instead
