Does the job well
Product appears to be well made. The electrode pads are easy to put in place. The screen is LED and easy to adjust the setting. This will certainly help relieve some tension!

I don’t like writing negative reviews BUT this unit did absolutely nothing. Tried several modes and none even gave a response. Stay away from this unit! And yes, It was fully charged.UPDATE: I was contacted by the company and offered a full refund. I had already sent it back to Amazon and they still sent me a new unit. I truly support companies that stand behind their products and this is one of them. Trust in your purchase with Lanieney!!! Thank you! I upgraded the stars to a 4 because they went out of their way to satisfy me.

Easily accessible, great tension relief
Great size, I can easily take it with me anywhere! My shoulders tend to hurt and my lower back as well. It really helps releasing the tension and make it move a bit. Battery is great too, I used it quite a bit but only needed to charge once. It was easy to learn how to use it too. Will get one for my parents too!

Omg the level 1 is like level 10. I missed my return window but I’d return it if I could.

This didn’t work for me. Very small and hard to place the pads on my shoulder. Very messy to handle. I had to return it.

Case not turning pads on
Charging case doesn’t turn on pads. I put pads on my back so it’s hard to reach to manually turn on. Once they’re on I do like it but one of the reasons I purchased this unit was for the remote aspect so I don’t have to reach behind my back to turn pads on. Also it came with 2 gel pads when description states it comes with 4 pads.
