Excellent!
Excellent hot and cold pack – it freezes just right so it is still pliable but very cold and microwaving it is perfect for a hot pack. I bought two so one could be freezing while I used the other. I highly recommend this hot/cold pack.

The best you can buy
I had originally gotten one of these packets at a health fair. My husband recently had knee surgery and needed to apply a cold compress and we started with this one. It worked wonderfully and was easy to fit over his knee. It would refreeze quickly but we needed to have one more to make the rotation easier on us. I am so happy I found this on Amazon, I was unable to find them in a local store. The material inside is soft and the outside material does not scratch. It has held up very well as the original one we have had for 5+ years. I stocked up on these so if they stop selling them maybe I will have enough to last a lifetime.

Favorite ice pack
This ice pack is our favorite. It is large so it covers well. It freezes quickly and it is of very good quality. We have a few that are at least 7 years old and they haven’t ripped or split.

Give it a try….works for me
My aching back loves this pack. It’s my second one. Effective in a hurry for my back pain. My first one came with a cover to keep it from touching bare skin. This one didn’t. That’s the only complaint I have, but putting a cloth under makes it no problem.

Pricey, but my favorite cold pack
I bought my first Mueller hot/cold pack for 99-cents. Despite the ridiculous increase in price over the years, I still buy them (although it pains me to do so). They hold cold for a decent amount of time, are pliable to cover neck, knees, and shoulders, they’re durable, and a stack of them won’t take up a lot of freezer space. I just wish they were a better buy.

5 inches x 7 inches. …not 6×9 as falsely advertised in the product description.Otherwise, they seem pretty good so far. Heavy plastic suggests they might be durable and last for a fair while. But they just aren’t long enough to span the width of my lower back as I need.

I have had joint pain for 20 years, i have bunions, arthritis, and gout. These are the best as they are still flexible when frozen, unlike all the others. Put inside a zip lock baggie and wrap around the joint and secure with a long cloth bandage and it will make the affected area cold for 15mins. I have 3 that i keep in rotation. Recommended.
