A Perfect Hamstring stretch
This us kind of perfect. The green strap that I used in physical therapy and subsequently bought makes a perfect hamstring stretch. The strap allows you to keep your leg straight as you pull each toward your chest. This takes pressure off your knee joint and also ameliorates knee stiffness.

Works for my needs…
It works as intended. There is no stretch and pretty stiff; not negatives just statements. The blue color is bright and pretty (only way to be better is if there was a leopard print one lol). I am sure it would soften when it gets washed, but haven’t washed it nor plan to for a while.
