Simple, Effective
This training device is exactly what I needed for daily strength and breathing exercises. It’s compact, easy to use, and the design makes cleaning a breeze. I love that it offers multiple resistance stages so I can gradually increase intensity. After just a few minutes a day, I’ve noticed better control and endurance

Breath taking
I like the size of this thing. It is smaller than the ones you get from the hospital. I ordered it for 2 reasons, to evoke a cough during a bad cold to bring up phlegm and as a vocal breath trainer. It also has another model that has a larger volume than the 1200ml when I get to that level.

Unexpectedly fun to use!!!
I use this first thing every morning just to get the blood flowing. I do not suffer from serious respiratory illness but do think even if I did, it would be easy to use. It’s actually fun and everyone should use one to help with getting oxygen to the entire lung. You will notice a difference.

Breathing Exercises
Bought this for my boyfriend that has trouble breathing, and to hopefully get better control of my own for anxiety and for underwater activities. It’s a lot harder to do than I thought! He does it well because he plays wind instruments.It’s really lightweight and it feels high quality. It’s a little small, but I don’t think it’s a downside. Exactly as advertised.

Making my lungs stronger
Years of smoking has caught up to me. My doctor recommended this to help strengthen my lungs and help with my breathing. This product is easy to clean. It’s hard to do, but I have to fight thru it. I definitely recommend!

Pick a different option
Wish I could give zero stars, does not work at all. I bought it for my MIL and I have healthy lungs- neither of us could get it to work. I’ve used these before so I know it’s just a piece of junk & it’s not user error lol.

The ball in the final chamber is too small for the chamber and no matter how hard you try you can’t make it move.My doctor said it was rubbish and showed me how it was supposed to work with a proper one.
