This 4-inch Tibetan singing bowl set is an excellent entry point into the world of sound healing and meditation. It’s particularly well-suited for individual practice and travel due to its size, though its sound may not fill a large room as easily as bigger bowls.

I’ve owned and played with many different sizes of these “standing bells, singing bowls, prayer bowls, etc” and I’ve noticed that while prices may vary, the experience is always a sense of deep and enjoyable relaxation. With that, you can rest assured that this particular item is both affordable and gives you the same quality and sense of enjoyment as many that would cost you a great deal more. It’s a lovely singing bowls. It is a perfect size for travel, display and is made solidly. It is incredibly easy to play if you simply focus on pushing the vibrations around the rim of the bowl. You get a wonderful, growing “hum” rather a ringing sound when rubbing it. Striking it will give you that sharp and bright bell sound. It’s very relaxing, very good quality and very much a valued addition to my personal collection.
