Money well spent!
Hi, I bought 3 different masks to compare comfortable fit and effectiveness. Ticlo’s mask was the most comfortable and had the most features. A soft cool side a gel cool side a warming option. Adjustable fit. Bonus satin like sleep mask and earplugs. This mask was also the easiest to care for with a lifetime guarantee you have no worries. I thought it would be hard to sleep with a cold eye mask but I actually have a better deeper sleep now!The Seller is very kind and caring about giving a good product to their Customers:)

I’ve ordered over 5 different masks and this is the BEST one
This was the fifth cooling gel mask that I tried. The others ended up ripping along the seams and I would wake up with gel beads all over myself and my bed.I suffer from chronic migraines and always need one handy and TILCO’s is perfect. The mask covers my forehead and I can position it vertically so that it covers my left eye and the portion of my head throbbing from the migraine. It also helps with sinus pressure.The mask itself is made VERY well. The mask also came with a plain silky mask and ear plugs which are also nice.They have exceptional customer service. I made a mistake on my part by freezing it for too long and a small part opened. I used the warrantee and TILCO gladly replaced my mask without charge. I still kept the one with the small rip that I fixed with a small strip of duct tape to keep as back up.My only criticism: the mask does not stay cold as long as the other ones I’ve owned, but those also broke. I think it’s easier to have more than one of their masks so you have a backup when that headache won’t stop.Suggestion: make these in black! The blue one keeps some light out, but black would totally cancel it out. My boyfriend falls asleep with the TV on and the blue doesn’t keep out the glow.All in all, great product and great customer service. I highly recommend this mask.

The black color mask ruined my pillow case
Nice , comfy , cooling , help you to relax , but I was upset because there was no warning about the black mask , that the black color is trans fable to your pillow case and may ruin your pillow case white color.Either wash it before you use it ,or throw it away , and use the gel mask only .

BUY THIS ONE! THE BEST! GREAT MASK, GREAT COMPANY
This was the best ice pack after eye surgery. It got very cold and stayed cold longer than competitors. There were also two options to the sides. One side was lined for softness and a layer of protection for a gentle cold. The other side was like many of the other competitors with direct plastic. Most docs like a layer of protection and this gives you that option. And once the cold starts to wear off, you can get an extra few minutes of relief by flipping it over. It had great coverage surrounding all areas around the eyes. Since I had to sleep elevated for a few days it was important to have the head strap to keep it on no matter what position I was in. I returned the other three masks I tried and bought more of these so i could rotate them in the freezer! I was also impressed that a note came with it saying it had a LIFETIME guarantee and if you ever have a problem, contact the company and they will make it right. WHAT? You don’t find that very often in 2024.GREAT PRODUCT

Used to be great but they changed the gel formula
I’ve owned three of this brand’s eye mask! The first two were great: the gel stayed flexible even when it had been in the freezer and it was always the perfect level of cold. They also improved them over time. The seam on the second one was better stitched and had a wider band of ribbon edging. I used to set an early alarm, grab this mask, and then spend an extra 20 minutes snoozing with it on my eyes to reduce that morning puffiness. Unfortunately, I had to replace those two (my cats got ahold of the first one and the other got mistakenly left in a bag outside the freezer and molded).Sadly, they must have changed the formula of the gel since the last time I bought one (in 2022). I bought one a couple of months ago and haven’t been able to use it like I used to. It now freezes into a solid, inflexible brick of ice. It no longer molds to the shape of your face and can’t actually function like an eye mask.
