Don’t use sitting up
Left them on for 20 minutes only to realize they had slid down so obviously didn’t work. I would suggest laying down flat to keep this from happening.

I’ve purchased these multiple times and they’re always excellent quality. I store mine in the fridge and use them 2-3 times a week. They effectively reduce puffiness while providing great moisture. Highly recommend!

I don’t feel much effect. The liquid that’s in the pack just slides off the eye masks itself. Not too sure how much is really absorbed in when they are vertically stacked in box compared to those that come horizontally stacked in a container.

I like these, they do help with moisture and puffiness around the eyes, however, I accidentally left them on for 30 mins and my eyes were more puffy and the skin felt irritated. 10-15 mins is perfect**EDIT: The company reached out to me so overall I would say excellent customer service.
