It’s hard to know if there’s any real benefit but as a “senior,” I have a lot if inflammation and stiffness that seems to be a bit better after using the pillow and sheet for a couple of weeks. Could be wishful thinking but I’ll take it! Allow plenty of time for shipping issues, it was supposed to take 10 days for the pillow case but it was actually 13 due to “delays.” I reduced the star count because there was literally no instructions or information provided.

Rough Fabric
The fabric was rough, so not ideal for comfortable sleeping. I returned these pillow cases per the instructions. I never received a refund.

Avoid. Doesn’t last.
Conductivity was measured with multi meter when I purchased this. Reading was fine. Less than a month later this is just an expensive pillow case. Even with hand washing in the sink it didn’t last
