Not “stretchy” but great for yoga!Finally had a chance to use this today and loved it!It is sturdy, and has many loops to insert your foot for extended stretching. And it is a great length for upto 6ft individuals.The green color is not my personal choice, but functionally this is spot in!Storing it will be a bit of a hassle due to the sturdiness. It doesn’t roll up compactly. Just note that.I still recommend this! It was under $10 and I loved it.

I needed a strap for Physio Therapy home exercises after my total knee replacement. This is doing the job when I do heal slides. It works for me. I am 5’9″ and I am pulling on loops at least one from the end.I find it helpful to use my cane to get the centre loop over my foot.
