Sonmol Lung Trainer is designed to exercise lung muscles and build stronger lungs, helping you breathe easier and feel healthier.
Sonmol Breathing Trainer features five resistance levels for both inhaling and exhaling, allowing for a progressive increase in lung capacity.
Test Level 6 is used to measure Maximum Expiratory Pressure (MEP). Connect the breath trainer to the needle manometer and blow forcefully to read the MEP value indicated by the needle.
The Lung Strengthener Kit includes a travel case. Pack all accessories into it and exercise your lungs anywhere.
Use the trainer twice daily for 5-10 minutes per session, and you can feel a significant difference after two weeks.

It does what it says it will do – as long as you do your part. 🙂
This does what it’s supposed to do. There are several resistance settings, and they do make a difference. This is all plastic, so it’s not necessarily a long-term solution, but for the money, it’s a great investment for people needing to improve their breathing and/or lung capacity.

I love this device. It comes with wonderful accessory pieces other brands don’t include, which improve device use and functionality.I am a speech-language pathologist and I use this device during therapy in the skilled nursing facility setting. It is functional for patients with a variety of medical conditions that affect voice, speech production/communication, & swallowing (CVA, COPD, Parkinson’s, Trach/Vent patients, etc).It is a wonderful tool for therapy, is engaging, and the patients are always excited about the progress they see! This one is more affordable than other brands and is honestly easier for patients to hold and use. I only wish it came with different mouth pieces because some people have a harder time than others with lip placement; but overall, this device is so great!!Thanks!

I believe this product to be faulty as the user states they are unable to “move the indicator”. Since I purchased for someone else I cannot tell if this is user error, but it should not be a difficult to use device, correct?
