Absolutely perfect
So I didn’t buy these for their intended reason. I have gastroparesis. I don’t digest vegetables well so I get what I consider the firery pits of h*ll in my stomach. I usually try a frozen wash cloth but they are too cold. So I needed something that could bend as needed but not be so cold. These work perfect. Now anyone that needs them for their intended use I can tell you that they’ll form perfectly to your body. They are cool without feeling like a block of ice. They stay cool for awhile. The cloth pocket they fit in is soft and not irritating to the skin at all. Easy to clean. Great product!

If you have a C-section, BUY THESE! That burning feeling you get on your scar? This is the only thing that helped that pain. THESE WERE MY LIFELINE after my c-section.

Better for cold than warm, wrong color, but otherwise like it
Nice shape/covers are soft & comfy. My only big complaint is they sent purple when I ordered green, I hate purple lol but whatever, not something you really wear out in public. The instructions briefly mention heat/microwave but I would definitely NOT recommend microwaving it, put in some hot water or run under a hot tap. (I hesitantly put in microwave for a few secs & it immediately started crackling). However it’s nice to have the extra fabric sleeve & overall I would recommend it.

Used for icing chest breastfeeding
I did not use these in my underwear for postpartum healing, I ended up not icing at all. However, breastfeeding has been hard on my chest. But these are helpful! The beads allow for flexibility, so it shapes itself to you. It does not stay cold for very long, maybe 10 minutes? But you generally aren’t recommended to keep ice on constantly anyways. Aside from that, they get cold fairly quickly again. I ice after every pumping session every2-3 hours, and they’re always cold by the time I need them again.

If you have no other options, and are looking to save a few bucks, this will probably work for you. But considering the area of the body where this will be used, there are better options available. The packs will freeze SOLID, and it’s difficult to get the cloth sleeves on until the pack melts a bit.

As someone who tries to be cost effective, and buy sustainable products this is one I can add to the list. The cool packs fit comfortably in underwear, adult diapers, and or pads if you want to create a combo of comfort.

The 2.4“includes the seam, so you really only get barely 2” of a single layer of gel beads. Not worth $6, but they were the cheapest I could find.

not sure what they are using in these but it is not like your typical gel pack. These go rock hard which is bad when you need it to wrap an area.
