Great, use it for my daily meditation
It’s firm, but it feels good for meditation. I like the firmness for aligning my back, and its the perfect height off the ground to make my legs comfortable for 20 minute sits. The fabric feels durable, if not the softest in the world. For my purposes I don’t really need it to be soft as much as remain firm without being hard and putting my legs to sleep.

Comfortable
I love this meditation cushion. It provides great back support when you sit right. I use it to sit on regardless. Not heavy but good quality. No weird smell.

Very satisfied!
This cushion is just right! It is a good height and very stable and comfortable. I saw the reviews about it being too hard for sitting a long time. I find it very comfortable and not too hard even with the full amount of buckwheat. It conforms well to the body. I am glad that I did not listen to the negative reviews. It is a very good cushion!

Dense and supportive, beautiful green color, so many uses
I didn’t expect to love this as much as I do! The buckwheat makes for very dense, firm support that doesn’t collapse or compress like other fillings, and if it’s too firm for your taste, you can remove some of the hulls and customize the feel for your needs. The cover itself is a nice heavy fabric that’s held up well to my many hours of use, and it zips off easily for washing, which is HUGE. I hate things that have to be spot-cleaned, because I feel like they never get as clean as I want, so I appreciate being able to throw this in the washer. Also, the handle! I love that they thought of this, because it makes it so much easier to grab and carry. It’s really thoughtfully designed and well made.I use this for so much more than a meditation cushion. Right now I have it under my lap desk, which helps support and distribute the weight of my laptop more evenly as I’m typing. I stick it behind my back or at my side for extra support when sitting up in bed. Almost the only thing I don’t really use it for is meditation 😂 though the few times I have used it as a meditation cushion it’s felt firm without being uncomfortable, just the right degree of support for the spine. It’s really the perfect height and width for so many uses, and the green color is a gorgeous yellowy-green grass shade. I think I paid $23-25 for this, and it’s been totally worth it.

Good and durable
It’s very durable and firm! I use it for acting class and it works very great. The design and color are great for class and are not too bright. Works well for helping with pain (look into draping for more help) and I’m 5’4 and the height works great for me 🙂

Great office chair cushion, 100% Buckwheat filler, 100% cotton
I rarely write positive reviews but some of the reviews here were so misleading that I almost considered making my own buckwheat pillow which took hours from my life in research. I was looking for an office chair cushion for better WFH ergonomics and since I’m trying to minimize plastic in my life, I wanted a buckwheat cushion, not a foam/polyester one. My sleeping pillow is buckwheat and after doing a brief sitting test, I found it comfortable enough to continue on with my plan. I came across this and others like it on amazon, and was leaning heavily towards this one because:1) Cheaper than the rest2) 100% Cotton cover and 100% buckwheat hulls fillingBut I saw on the reviews that it had a Prop 65 warning because the hulls were actually acrylic??? Since I saw no pictures substantiating this claim, and making my own pillow might be an order of magnitude more on cost and time, I decided to take the plunge and if the description was as wrong as the reviewer said, return it.So I was glad that the product description is right. It is 100% buckwheat hull fillers and 100% cotton. The only plastic is in the zipper enclosure. TBD as it is as flimsy as the other reviewers have said. I’m pretty happy with my WFH setup and I find the cushion helps me maintain a better posture. There was a bit of a smell, but it reminded me of when I open a bedsheet package. After a day it was gone.As to the prop 65 warning… I live in California… those stickers are everywhere and they are not really helpful as to inform you of the reason why and to quantify the risk. Somethings have the sticker and are not really dangerous if used as intended and other things that are dangerous are yet to be labeled. Some companies put the sticker without testing just to not get into trouble. Could it be because the buckwheat hulls? Psyllium husks (even some organic ones) have the prop 65 warning because the hulls bioaccumulate contaminant in the soil, so it could be something similar.

Great support and price
I purchased seven (7) of these meditation cushions for use on chairs, sofa, and vehicles. After many years struggling with occasional lower back pain, using various popular cushions, I decided to test these out after advice from my partner. My back has changed over the years, so I needed something with firm support that keeps me from sinking into seats. They have been effective in keeping my back/hips in position, which has virtually eliminated discomfort with sitting. The key was to take advantage of the adjustable inner barley fill and remove approximately 3/4 gallon Ziploc worth of husks. One should be careful and patient using the zippers, which work fine but I can imagine a heavy hand leading to issues. Now I can sit for longer periods of time (one should not sit too long, 30 min, and get up and walk around anyway). My preferred arrangement is to use two cushions side-by-side to get the best support for back/hips/upper thighs. See the images. I’m 5 ft 3 in tall and weigh 112 lbs.

La calidad se ve a simple vista. En cuanto a su utilidad, es fantástico el hecho de que puedas eliminar las cáscaras de trigo hasta que el cojín se amolde a tus preferencias (dureza, etc.). Lo volvería a comprar
