Nice size, nice firmness, gets the job done
Good size, really sturdy, makes stretches very easy and applies pressure exactly where I need it. Great price for the product. Always makes my back feel more comfortable after using it, maybe get something less stiff or thinner if you’ve never used one before so you aren’t in pain.

Great but on firm side
Roller is good size and works well on my back. The roller is extremely firm and sometimes it hurts my tights more than it helps. I will be looking for softer roller for leg muscles.

We just purchased this roller for our elderly parent as recommended by the physical therapist. We can’t wait to see results. It feels firm and looks like it will do what is needed!! It looks to be the perfect size and very similar to one at the PT facility. Again, we look forward to and are excited to see the results!!!! The color is great. The size is great. It looks to be a great product overall. It is a pretty good value for the price. The material it is manufactured from feels sturdy and appears to be long lasting. We haven’t tried it yet but we don’t anticipate any problems. Will come back and update.Update: the roller is perfect for what we need! It is used to elevate elderly parent’s legs during specific physical therapy movement and works great. Just what the physical therapist suggested.

What can I truly say about a piece of round foam right? The overall size of it was too big for me but I realized something about it. The height let me do more of a rounded stretch and it got to a part of my back that made me feel so much better. If it was smaller in diameter I might not get to that part of my back. Overall I think it’s a keeper. I slouch without thought
