Great for starting breathing exercises at home
I got this to start doing some breathing exercises at home. It’s not a complicated gadget, but the device feels sturdy and not cheap. Since it’s something that goes in your mouth and you breathe through, good materials and no weird smell were really important to me, and this one checks those boxes.It’s easy to use, the markings are clear and make it simple to see how fast or how strong you’re inhaling. The size is pretty reasonable and it’s light enough that I just keep it on my desk so I remember to use it whenever I think of it. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I do feel like it’s helped a bit. Hopefully sticking with it will bring even more improvement over time.
