Awesome to use while rebounding!
These are awesome little weights! They have a nice feel to them (I think they’re sand-filled). The strap on the back makes it a little easier to hold, although as a woman, it’s loose on my hand. I use these when I’m exercising on my rebounder. They’re more comfortable to hold than traditional dumbbells, and if I happen to drop one while bouncing, it won’t break anything. They’re also convenient to store; I keep mine tucked away on a bookshelf. I have a lot of exercise add-ons that I’ve bought over the years and never used, but I have been consistently reaching for these weights to keep my upper body strenth up.

Decent hand weights.
I purchased these specifically to increase shadowboxing workout resistance. They are sand filled. I wish the covers were removable to I could wash them as my hands get pretty sweaty while holding them. Trade-offs for everything, I guess. Oh well… they work, they weren’t absurdly expensive, so they’re worth four stars.
