Great Product!
This thing is absolutely amazing for when you have phlem stuck in your chest. I was turned onto this by a friend and it’s a must-have for every household! It’s easy to use, works right away at getting stuff out of your chest, is cheaper than other treatment options, re-usable, and the bearings come in 3 sizes, so it works based on your needs. It is small and lightweight.

Wow! I got this because of a round of virus that left me feeling like I couldn’t breathe deep anymore. From the very first time I used it I could tell a difference. Loosened up my heavy chest feeling and it seemed like it immediately helped me get a better level of sleep. As a senior I have noticed an advancing decline in the depth of my breaths so I am going to use it religiously every day to keep building on the benefits I already so quickly have seen. Highly recommend it because it is so compact, unique in the way it works with the metal balls, easy to have at hand, and so simple to both use and clean.

This is a very strong, sturdy and quality made breathing device. It came well packaged. The instructions are written very clearly and logically. They have a lot of educational information and walk you through how to use the device. I was happy to have found it after I got sick and I was looking for a way to do some deep breathing at home. It’s designed so you can see your own progress as you use it which is a nice feature. I can recommend it as an affordable and quality made product.

The product is well constructed. This is not a flimsy device. Easily cleaned . The exercise is very simple but it is effective . After using the device my normally quiet voice is stronger . The device is pricey but effective .
