I love using rubber resistance bands
First and foremost, these bands do not roll or slip. The fabric and the grippy rubber strips on the inside keep them perfectly in place, even during intense sets. This alone has made my workouts so much more effective and comfortable. The material itself is thick and feels incredibly durable. The stitching looks very strong, and I have no doubt these will last me a long time. The set I bought came with three different resistance levels (light, medium, and heavy), which is perfect for progressing my workouts. The light band is great for warm-ups, and the heavy one provides a serious challenge for glute activation.

These bands are great! straight out the bag the resistance is strong, but gives just enough stretch. The sizes, convenience and ease to roll them back to up and put away is a plus. They are definitely a great addition to my workout and a incredible value. I am going to get another set for my daughter.

Nice set of bands with grip
I have a set of rubber bands and bought these to see how they feel with the material covering. Their stretch abilities is on point. The material feels different to the rubber as rubber tends to pinch and these do not making them better quality in my book also making them a good value for the money. Bay size is compact to take anywhere but I don’t I workout at home. These have been my go to for workout so they have been greatly used. Only thing I’m concerned about is how long before the material starts to unthread or come loose from the bands themselves. With their constant use they have not so far.

Good quality. I bought these replacing a set of rubber resistance bands. These seem like they will last much longer, however, they do not provide as much resistance. I ended up doubling up for exercises.

We use these every night between me and my husband. They are great quality months ater purchase. The lengths are a little too long in my opinion but I am only 5 foot. My husband is 6 ft amd we have to double them up sometimes depending on what we are using them for.

Love this exercise bands. I replaced the elastic rubber bands in my home gym with these bands as the rubber ones kept breaking. These are extremely durable and have held up much longer than the rubber band option. They are a nice cloth material and still have the stretch that is needed, and they don’t roll like the elastic ones do when exercising. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

These bands are fantastic! I always disliked the rubber ones due to the feel and smell they often had from the rubber. These hold up well, are easy to take anywhere and are extremely versatile. Not much for exercise ideas included but you can easily search online for different ways to use them. Great product!
