Very good item for the inexpensive price
I like for balance exercising, and I felt like the price was affordable. Item is easy to inflate appears to be very sturdy. The pump could be slight bit more sturdy. Don’t know how long it will last.

Great quality for the price
I wanted a bosu ball after physical therapy but didn’t want to pay the price for the brand name. I purchased this after looking at many different balance balls and their reviews. I have to say that I think the quality of this balance ball is exceptional. I think it is close the the one I used in physcial therapy. I would rate it 10 out 10 and highly recommend.

The half exercise ball came with everything promised. However, I threw out most of the the pump pieces that came in the box because it looked like a poorly made pump. I kept the arm rings which easily attached and should be good for arm exercises. I inflated the ball with a much better pump I already owned without any issues, and then plugged it with the plugs provided. Ball comes with printed suggested exercises to try. Ball seems to be well made and could take the weight of my husband, who weighs about 135 lbs. Ball seems like a good size for doing work on it. I cannot speak about how well it does with air retention as I only recently received this ball. I was considering purchasing a full ball but thought the half ball would be better for my needs. The half ball should make it easier to store. It also should be easier to do certain exercises with the half ball. Shipping was pretty fast.

good quality for 1/2 the price
The 25″ ball is the perfect size. The rubber seems like it will hold up to abuse. The directions stink and do not give a inflation pressure. This page says no more than 20 cm, I used a ruler and level. the pump was tossed immediately as it was useless. I broke the tip off and used it on my shop compressor. The packaging comes with a workout card and 3 yellow inflation port plugs. Overall, I’m satisfied and would recommend to anyone looking for a bosu style ball

Works well to get the ankles warmed up
After maybe 2 months of PT I wanted something simmilar to what I used there. I saw this one and tried it out. No compaints. Works just like what I had at PT but I stick to this one better.

Exactly what I was looking for and then some more.
I’ve wanted something like this for a long time. I love the price and the color. I didn’t realize it had the resistance bands as well so big added bonus. it’s a nice heavier weight and so similar to the more expensive name brand I used in physical therapy.
