Excellent Leg Massager
This device feels like a game changer for massaging legs! It’s much easier to use than the foam roller on the ground and is efficient because it works on two sides of the leg at the same time. The different rollers provide meaningfully different effects, depending on what you’re going for. I found the device to be very sturdy, well-made, and well-packaged overall.Here are some limitations that might be worth considering. Regarding the lower legs, it seems to work best on the inside of the calf muscle and the opposing shin muscle, but even the “soft” roller feels too hard for direct use on the shin bone (IMO) while massaging the outer calf muscle. Regarding the arms, it works all right for the forearm, but it feels a bit clumsy for that use case.

Super Supplemental and high quality
This product is a very high quality therapy kit. A necessary tool in the tool kit for self care and self rehabilitation. The pressure you can apply and the specific parts of the muscle you can roll/massage are what makes this product unique. The ability to roll without having to rely on gravity from regular rollers is a huge benefit. For my specific needs I wouldn’t say its a replacement for a foam roller or a massage ball etc however when used in conjunction there are no hot spots left behind. Before, just using a foam roller was not enough and this has helped me to access everything I need and get the pressure i needed that i never could get with the roller. I definitely recommend getting the performance kit with the bag and the soft roller included. The soft roller helps keep the bone protected when you roll the back of the leg and the foot whereas using the medium roller only does hurt the boney parts. I bought the therapy kit at first not knowing how much I was going to need the soft roller. And when I reached out to the seller I received exceptional customer service on where to buy the soft roller on their website and they contacted me almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting more pressure/ease of use when rolling.

Worth every penny
For what seems like an eternity, my hamstrings have been so tight. Many times when I stand up I could feel the tightness in my thighs. I got a massage, but I have large muscular thighs and the masseuse did not seem to be strong enough. I purchased a theragun a while ago to massage my tight muscles, but as silly as it seems, I could never use the theragun on my hamstrings because I’m way too ticklish. The theragun on my hamstrings was unbearable. It worked great on my arms, back and even calves… but hamstrings were a no-go. I was THRILLED to find this device. Yes, the price tag is pretty steep, but this thing is very high quality. I was a little skeptical about it being able to get deep enough into my hamstrings, but it worked AMAZINGLY well. It is very easy to use and I was able to provide exactly the right amount of pressure (I like a LOT of pressure). This tool is rock solid. I can’t even put into words how great it felt after the first time using this massager. For the first time in recent memory, I could stand and not have that weird tightness in my hamstring. I am so happy with this device and would highly recommend to others that need a deep massage.

Works well
This is a great massager. You can decide how strong the massage should be. Very easy to use. Very sturdy design that will last for years. The only drawback is the softness of the rollers. For someone in recovery, like me, a softer padded roller is better. The other issue is the design does not allow for high leg massage. I cannot massage from mid-thigh or above.Overall, I recommend this. I love that I am massaging two sides at a time and I can set my own pressure. Im not sure how you can get it to massage above mid-thigh.

Double Up massage roller is FANTASTIC !!
This Double Up massage roller system is Fantastic. I thought it looked interesting and reasoned that it could help with nighttime calf aches. Upon using it the very first evening about an hour before bed, I knew I had found a winner! The relief in my calf muscles was immediate and lasted beyond the night. I then started using it on my upper leg muscles and it worked just as well as my calves. This Double Up system is very well made, very heavy duty construction and comes fully assembled and ready to use. It comes with a variety of rollers in different textures and shapes. Very thoughtful of them to include one very soft roller to go against your shin bones while a firm roller compresses against your calf muscles . Rollers only take 1 second to remove and 1 second to install a different type. No more trying to hand massage my calves . Try this Double Up roller system and you’ll be glad you did. I only apply pressure when rolling up the limb towards the heart. I will be ordering more for friend’s Birthday and Christmas presents.

The Double Up roller is a personal massage device that is designed to be used on the legs, arms, feet, hips, and glutes while standing. It takes the place of the floor rollers that PT’s use for deep muscle massage and release of soreness. I just started using mine to treat and relieve pain in my IT band on my left side from an injury. I love it! It’s lightweight, totally portable, and simple to use. And best of all, it really WORKS. I would recommend this product to anyone experiencing pain in any limb. Getting relief takes just a couple minutes of massage at a time, and YOU control the amount of pressure . ouch ouch ouch but in a really good way, simply brilliant works. I had to be a little gentle on the calf muscles but after a few days, yeah started working them knots out so simple and yet yes.

The idea is very good and it’s very easy, once you see the product that lots of aspects of if can be improved. The rollers are very small making it hard to reach areas. the handle is turned in and it touches your body causing it to limit the movements. Also there should be rollers with curves. Anyways. The product is good for your quads and not much else.
