Just like the ones the hospital uses
Only thing that makes it quite not perfect is that there is no sliding gauge marker attached to the outer piston cylinder wall so you can keep track of your progress. You will have to remember the mL numbers or just use a marker pen or piece of tape if you want to go that route.

Design error
It’s a complete design flaw. There are gaps everywhere and it can’t work. It’s completely different from the one I got at the hospital the other day. It can’t be used unless all the holes are plugged. It’s like throwing money away.
