A sturdy ball that is comfortable for sit stretches, situps or to use at a desk in place of a chair. Love the size and no air leaks. The pump that is included was simple to operate and made inflation quick. Thick rubber should hold up to a variety of exercises. The stem stays secure. Easily transported. A good value for the frugal price.

It’s the perfect size excersize ball. It inflated quick and does what it is supposed to do. Great for laying on and stretching ones back etc. Quality is great and that strong plastic smell fades fairly quick.
