Sharp and firm but very effective!
This is a nice quality product. I have previously used a lower quality version to try out the idea. I was not sure about the fabric or padding when I ordered this, but it is great! I wanted to get more pads and the bigger style neck pillow so I ordered this product. I would say it is just about equal in sharpness to my previous one. It seems more intense I think because the structure and padding is higher quality and firmer than the cheaper version. I love it and have already fallen asleep on it more than once. These mats take some getting used to, but they are so relaxing once you are used to it. I think it is worth the higher price.

extremely well made mat set and with high quality linen and spikes
I have been using the spiked yoga mat daily since I got it and I love it. So glad this comes as an entire set – it is extremely well made and so functional. see pics. I love every part of the set.I basically use the different elements from the set to target whatever part of my body I want.The spikes relate to an ancient technique of healing called acupressure which has roots in my Indian culture and other asian cultures.I mainly use this for overall bodily healing and relaxation.I am fully clothed while using this so no real cleaning is needed. I plan to just clean with water and a thick sponge or a sanitizing wipe when needed.One thing I do want to caution about is: the spike are extra sharp so much so that while unpacking a slight knick caused my thumb skin area to bleed so i would exercise extreme caution while unpacking it as it comes packed very snugly in its bag.That said, the spikes do need to be sharp as they are mimicking a needle effect – but wear clothes and then I think when I am used to it, I will try using it bare skin.I must say the linen is very high quality and I fell in love with the color and quality of the linen right away.

Decent mat, quality fabric & spikes
I blindly tried 4 different mats at various price levels. It was made really nice and seemed very durable. Fabric was cheap feeling and had a just the right amount of padding to feel like you were laying on a sheet. The spikes were great and hit all the pressure points. The only downsize was the pillow was a bit too soft for me. Without holding my neck in a proper position I didn’t feel the goodness of the acupressure. Overall highly recommend and the pillow thing might more of a personal preference.

Relaxing and helps with pain.
I love to stand, sit, or lay on this to help me with pain and soreness after a long day. It relaxes me, relieves pain, and helps me fall asleep faster. My kids fight for who’s using it to long. I may have to buy another one for the house.

Relaxation, Pain and Stress Relief
I recently tried an acupressure mat, and honestly, I was skeptical when I heard about it. At first glance, the mat looks intense — it’s covered with thousands of tiny plastic spikes, and it’s hard not to wonder if lying on it would be painful. Surprisingly, it’s not as uncomfortable as I thought it would be. After just a few minutes of lying on it, I found that the initial discomfort gave way to a warming, soothing sensation. It’s like a deep tissue massage, but in a gentler, more sustained way. The mat is large enough to cover most of your back, and the pillow that comes with it is a nice bonus for targeting neck tension. But after using it for a few nights, I’m pleasantly surprised by how much of a difference it’s made in both my relaxation and pain relief routine.

Love This Set – High Quality and Functional
I’ve been using the spiked yoga mat daily and I love it. The full set is extremely well made, functional, and beautifully designed. I use different pieces to target various parts of my body for healing and relaxation, staying fully clothed during use. The spikes are very sharp (they even caused a small cut while unpacking), so handle with care. That said, they’re meant to mimic the effect of acupuncture. The pressure point is high quality, and I fell in love with the color and feel instantly. Cleaning is easy with a wipe or sponge. Highly recommend!

Quality product for the price
This comes with a number of pads – a larger one for the general back area, a smaller one for your feet and then a sloped pillow for your head/neck. Each pad has the spikes throughout one side. I am not too familiar with acupuncture/acupressure but thought I would try this for to release the tightness in my back and neck. Laid as instructed on the pad for my back. It wasn’t too uncomfortable- once I adjusted to having the spikes in my back I was fine. You could intensify the pressure my pressing your body part deeper into the mat. I actually would have been able to fall asleep. Too soon to give any sort of review as to whether it did anything.I can speak to the quality of the item. The pads seemed to be well constructed and the spikes don’t move nor seem like they would come off easily. It’s nice to have the pads a 3 separate pieces so that different sized people can adjust to suit their size. It comes with an extra cover for the pillow and a bag that easily carries it all. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for an acupressure mat, I would give this one a try.

Love this set and the quality is amazing. My other set cost half this price and lasted for years. I expect this one to last 10-20 years just judging by the quality. I love that it comes with storage bags too so it makes easy to store. I’ve even enjoyed the neck spikes. They give that part of the body a much needed jolt.
