    These are the perfect containers to help me control my portion sizes
    These are the perfect containers to help me control my portion sizes. I don’t need to overthink things or count calories. I can just pack my food and go. My kids also think these are great sizes for snacks and they love matching the colors with the food they are supposed to put in them. While my kids are not dieting, these containers are helping them to see there is no need to over eat any one thing. They are easy to use and motivate me to stay on top of eating right.

    Nice product. Does the job.
    Heavy duty plastic. Lids snap securely. Have not check for leakproofness as I use them for measuring and not storage. Came with a short how to use pamphlet. Have not downloaded anything. WM has a 6 sets for about $9. Would probably get those if I needed more.

    I love the concept of portion control and this makes it …
    I ordered 2 sets of these from different vendors. I love the concept of portion control and this makes it very easy, especially since they tell you how much of each container you need each day based on the calories you should be eating daily. My problem is that I have had 2 crack in my first washing in the dishwasher….so I don’t believe they are dishwasher safe at all. I hope the other manufacturer’s hold up better. For eating at home, I am using a measuring cup based on the portions listed on the containers…which is super easy. These are good for travel or if you take your lunch to work. I gave 3 stars only for that reason.
