Perfect ice pack
It is perfect. Some of these packs are way too thick, lumpy, and not flexible until they thaw a while. If you freeze this one flat, it is smooth yet flexible from the start. Highly recommended.

Worth the money
Works great. I had a knee replacement and it kept cold and I liked the size.

Best ice pack you can buy (in medium size) but the small is great too.
Great product, easily holds hot or cold without leakage. Had smaller version for years without issues. This is best suited for bigger areas like it shows (arms, legs, etc). Probably my favorite ice pack (mainly use for ice) I ever bought.

Decent product at a reasonable price
Does the job, but doesn’t retain the heat as long as I was hoping it would.

Worth every penny!
I’ve had mine 8 years now and it’s still going strong. It’s had quite a workout, too. Keep it in the freezer, where it stays nice and flexible. Can heat up very quickly in the microwave. Keeps its temperature a while. Great size. Nice and soothing pain relief. Highly recommend.

Great buy
I alternate 2 through out the day after back injury. They get really cold but still flexible. Large size goes clear across and up to almost middle of my back . They have helped me recover

Great value – Easy to use.
Perfect for a sore area that needs attention. Flexible and easy to use, hot or cold. We did 50 seconds in the microwave. Stayed hot/warm for at least 30 minutes. Decent price. Recommend.

Not enough Liquid inside for me.

I have been using this product as a Cold pack for my neck and shoulder pain from the past few weeks. What I liked about this product is that once the pack is frozen well , it really lasts long, so it is very comforting. Would recommend this product.

This is a handy set of three gel packs in 3 different sizes that can either be heated or cooled to accommodate different needs. The three packs arrive in three separate boxes. The packs are made of a thick material that is unlikely to pop or break very easily and leak out the inside gel. They are also well sewn around the edges, giving the impression these will last for a long time.I use heat almost daily, but I also like to have ice packs available for when the need arises. I have these more to use as ice packs then heat pads as I already have several Magic Bags that I use for heat. I did try these as heat packs before I put them in the freezer just to see how they would work. I followed the instructions of not heating for more then 50 seconds in the microwave but found that it was not near warm enough even though I have a microwave that is more then the 800 watts it states in the instructions. Probably because it didn’t get hot enough in the first place I also found it didn’t stay warm as long as I would like. The other things I found was that these do not shape as nicely as a Magic Bag does when it comes to heat. The individual oats in a magic bag allows it to flex and shape as needed and also for it to stay closer to your skin without having to hold or press it into place. These packs need you to hold them in place and press on them if using them in a non-flat area. They might work better for something like a back, but I was using them on my jaw and did not find it effect. There is also an option to heat these by placing them in boiling water, since I already have heat options that are faster and less messy I have not tried this, but I feel like that would be effective on having the gel stay warm longer. So, nice perk to be able to use these as a heat pack, but I will stick to using them for icing. Similar to the heat issue, these are a bit stiff when trying to wrap around areas, they are not going to conform quite as easily as a bag of peas, but they provide a good long-term option that won’t turn into a hard rock after a few uses, like peas do. I tend to leave my packs in the freezer at all times, ready to be used when needed. These will be more flexible if you only put them in the freezer for an hour or so before using them.I like that the instructions are printed on the back of the pack. It’s somewhat obvious you need to freeze it for it to work cold, but having the heating instruction there is a handy option.
