I wasn’t expecting this to be as great as it is, given the reasonable price. I got it today, and used it as I am sitting on the couch, watching TV too firm up my arms, and my legs. I have the more expensive paddle that is another brand, and it’s awkward to use. This little gadget seems to work just as intense, and it’s easy to use.

There is a lady who seems to know a lot about this topic and sells her own products, however, they are a lot more money than I wanted to spend. So far, I am pleasantly surprised by this product and find that it has helped me with my circulation issues. I’ve been using it daily.

Horrible Handle!
The massage ball are the perfect texture and give to be perfect for its intended purpose. However, in order to apply any amount of pressure the handle is the most uncomfortable handle I have ever used. The padding beneath my thumb was just in pain by the time I finished. It just doesn’t have the proper grip to roll it with any pressure without use having to apply too much pressure for what the handle is made for. Made me so sad because everything about it is perfect but I’m in so much pain just trying to roll it with my hand.I had to come back to update this. The handle is by far the most uncomfortable, horrible, ill-made handle I’ve ever seen on anything that you would grip to roll. It is painful. It’s not really ergonomically correct. I just can’t figure out who thought this would work. The rollers themselves, or great, but it hurts so badly so quickly to use it it’s shocking.

I Wish it Went a Bit Harder
This is easy to handle, use, and rolls well. The feel of the spiky balls is just as I’d have expected it to feel, which is nice and relaxing. The versatility of where it can be used is great – legs, arms, neck… the shape allows for almost anywhere.The only downside I’ve experience is that I wish the balls were a bit further apart from each other so to get a better grip on myself when in use. It’s a bit too surface level when I’d like it to have more of a bite into the muscles.Overall, it does the trick when I’m feeling sore, so I would recommend it.

This item is so pointy and sharp that it gives you ZERO comfort . It you are into a sharp spikey feel than this is it. Otherwise stay clear IMO . Wowzer it hurt
